Senior Instructor - Expressions of Interest invited

Would you like to join us as a Senior Instructor in the upcoming season and help member development?

We have made a number of changes to the way Member Development will operate moving forward, with a focus on improving the delivery of training and accessibility for all members.

The main changes include:

Existing SRC holders no longer need to complete the full Bronze Medallion Course - only the units not covered in the SRC program and the full Bronze Assessment;
As part of the Bronze Medallion course (including the SRC Upskill detailed above) we can now also deliver the IRB Crew person course;
We will be utilising the club for Bronze Camp and also for the planned upskill SRV camps to deliver a lower cost program;
This new approach allows us to focus our training for the SRC members on the new skill sets rather than repeating the skills gained in completing the SRC.

If you are interested in being a Senior Instructor, you are committed to training each season and willing to assist across all our camps and courses, we would love to hear from you!
