We are very fortunate to have James (Jamo) Porter as our craft coach at Anglesea SLSC. Jamo has been drawing on his own experience and knowledge of Exercise and Sports Science to train our Dolphins on the first Sunday of each month and we would love to see families join in! As the cooler weather hits we thought we would share Jamo's training programs and put a challenge out to Club families to come and try the sessions together. The training programs are designed for young and old and are perfect for those who may not be part of a training squad^.
