IRB Upskilling - Competition Buoy Laying Course
Life Saving Victoria is holding buoy laying courses (free of charge) to learn the skills to lay lifesaving courses correctly and safely. Members who assist in carnival set up and pack up are encouraged to attend the course and register for your preferred course as soon as possible as places are limited.
Courses will be run on the following dates:
• Saturday, 28 July (8.30am – 4.30pm) - Mordialloc • Saturday, 25 August (8.30am – 4.30pm) - Surf Coast Region (TBA)
• Saturday, 15 September (8.30am – 4.30pm) - Inverloch
Prerequisites:
All members wishing to attend this course must hold the following requirements:
Be a current and financial member of a club
Hold proficient Bronze Medallion Award
Silver Medallion (IRB Drivers) award or IRB Crew award
(Registrations close 11:00pm on Sunday 22 July 2018)
