AGM Wrap Up

The 2019/2020 Annual General Meeting was held yesterday on Zoom. Thank you to everyone who attended and especially to Derek Stott, the Director of Administration who did a terrific job as MC.

Two of the Board of Directors finished up yesterday Sai Dale and Mike Martin. Sai has been the Director of Surf sports for the last 12 months and done some excellent work as we prepare to reboot the Senior surf sports area of the club. Thank you for your contribution to the club Sai and we look forward to seeing you continue your role as R & R Captain.

Mike Martin also finished up as Secretary and it is difficult to know what to write about someone who has done it all in Surf Life Saving. The club is indebted to Mike for many many years of service in varied roles. We also know you will continue to be involved and contribute just as much as previously. THANK YOU from everyone at the club.

To fill these gaps we have the following changes and additions to the Board of Directors.

Ian McGain will take on the role of Director of Surf Sports

Lachie Eaton will take on the role of Director of Member Development &

Matt Taylor will take on the role of Secretary.

Welcome to Ian and Lachlan and we appreciate your willingness to take on these roles.

Geoff Fisken will also join the Board of Directors in an Advisory capacity.
