Mission Monday

During the peak season an event was held for members to test themselves by completing a course often utilised by individuals wanting to get into life guarding. It was great to see a small group of incredibly motivated individuals attend and complete the course.

The course consisted of the following legs:

400m swim

800m run

400m rescue board paddle

800m run

The goal is to complete under 25 mins!!

Congratulations to Sam Hume who completed the course in the quickest time followed by Ed Speller and Dibs Fitzgerald.

Special mention to Jemima Fitzgerald who was the only female participating.

All participants completed the course in the allocated time.

Well done to everyone and we hope to see this event grow every year.
