Summer Bar Manager

The ASLSC is seeking expressions of interest for the position of CASUAL BAR MANAGER to assist in bringing the club’s exciting, new Jimpy’s Bar to life over the 2020-2021 Summer season.

The part-time bar manager position will lead a team of member volunteers, Jimpy’s bar Crew, who will staff the club’s oceanside bar on a rostered basis. This is a paid position.

The bar manager will be responsible for: - Jimpy’s stock control and ordering - Service levels and member experience - Manage and lead Jimpy’s COVID obligations and compliance - Manage and lead Jimpy’s liquor licence obligations and compliance - Manage interface with the club’s “pop-up” food operator.

Applicants will be required to demonstrate suitable qualifications and experience as a bar manager.
