Aspiring Lifeguards - attention please!

Have you been training hard this summer? / Do you aspire to get your Gold Medallion and lifeguard in the future? / Are you just after a challenge?

As part of Club Training on Sunday 24th Jan we will be setting up a 'Mission' course and we are inviting Members who hold their SRC or BM to come and test themselves.

The course will be a 400m swim / 800m run / 400m board/ 800m run. You have 25 minutes to complete the course

Training rescue boards will be available for use but we would ask that you bring your own hi vis vest if at all possible. (A small number will be able to be borrowed)

Please see Matt Taylor on the beach no later than 10:30am on the day to register your interest. The first wave will commence at 11am.

Even if you don't want to do the Mission please come and assist with water safety and to support your fellow members.
