Aches and Pains don't lessen with age!

Our Mens Masters 260+ age group are incredibly inspirational. With all the rowers in the crew over 70 years of age they have been enjoying a successful 2019 season.

Silver at the recent Australian Surf Rowers Championships at Elouera, NSW, Gold at Lorne in the Victorian Surf Rowers League Championships, they are hoping to come home with some silverware from the Aussie Masters at Broadbeach.

Training takes place on the weekends at Point Road Knight and during the week the crew head to Werribee for several sessions. Each of the crew members started rowing for Anglesea in the 1960's with Ian McGain commencing his career in the Anglesea Junior boat crew in season

1962 - 63.

From all at the club, we wish you the best of luck. Crew members are David Warburton, Ian McGain, Richard Holding and Barry White.

Barry White mentioned it has been a long haul and the aches and pains don't lessen with age!

You are all an inspiration and we can't wait to see your Aussies campaign unfold.
