President Talking

This will be my last update as President of the ASLSC and I would like to thank everyone for for their support over the past 5 years as I hand over the batton to Nai Symington.

A reminder to all that the 2010 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Anglesea Clubroom on Sunday 1st August 2010 starting at 10am with all welcome.

If you are interested in taking on a position on the committee please speak to myself or Nai about some options or just complete a nomination form and make sure that the nominee and seconder are current financial members.

Last weekend, I along with a small group of ASLSC members attached the 2010 Lifesaving Victoria Awards and I am pleased to announce that Hayley Atkins has received the Female Athlete of the Year and Lachie Holbery-Morgan has continued his 12 months of awards receiving an International Lifesaving Citation certificate, congratulations to both Hayley and Lachie.

There are a couple of photos in the photo gallery.

Regards

Warren Clarke JP

President ASLSC
